FRONT OF HOUSE
We’re looking for friendly, confident, and energetic people to join our front-of-house team at Louie Brown’s. If you love meeting new people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering great service with a smile, we’d love to hear from you. Experience is a bonus, but what matters most to us is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine care for our guests. KITCHEN
We’re on the hunt for passionate and talented chefs to join the kitchen team at Louie Brown’s. Whether you’re an experienced chef or a rising star with a hunger to learn, this is your chance to work with fresh ingredients, create delicious dishes, and be part of a kitchen that prides itself on quality and consistency. MANAGEMENT
We’re looking for experienced and driven managers to help lead our team. You’ll be responsible for inspiring and supporting your team, maintaining high standards across service and operations, and ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience. BAR
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled bar staff to join our team. If you know your way around a cocktail shaker, can pour the perfect pint, and enjoy creating a great atmosphere for guests, this role is for you. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for great drinks, excellent service, and a lively, welcoming attitude. Whether you’re experienced behind the bar or eager to learn, you’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced environment where no two shifts are the same.
